Hello and welcome to my corner of the internet that I call Beyond the Radio! My name is Becca, and I am a 22 year old music enthusiast trying to figure out this thing called life one song at a time.
Over the past three years I have been an active concert promoter in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA area, looking to expand my market. I have a strong interest in pop-rock, punk-rock and contemporary christian music. I am always looking for a new project to work on please feel free to contact me if you are looking for assistants with your next event.
This site started up in January of 2013 as a class project during my senior year at the University of Northern Iowa. In the first three months I gained 150+ followers on Twitter, over 200 views on YouTube and 1,500 page views on this site. I enjoyed creating, maintaining and promoting so much that I have decided to continue on this music journey!
